1. Review the information enclosed and then ask yourself the following:

• Are you willing to work hard within a proven system?
• Can you make the required financial investment?
• Are you ready to own your own business and control your own destiny?

2. Complete and return the Franchise Application form.

3. Write down your questions to discuss with a Coco Moka Café representative from Candy Express Franchising, Inc.

4. Upon receiving and accepting your Franchise Application form, Candy Express Franchising, Inc. will send you a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), the federally mandated document that explains our opportunity.

5. Call and speak with some other Coco Moka Café Franchisees. Their telephone numbers and addresses are included in the UFOC.

6. Attend Discovery Day at a Coco Moka Café store location and meet with franshising corporate headquarters in Burtonsville, Maryland.

7. When you are ready to make the commitment, sign the Franchise Agreement.

8. The site selection and store design process begins and is completed.

9. Attend the management training course, which includes classroom style training and a one-week food service training course in your own store.

10. Open your Coco Moka café franchise store and enjoy the benefits of being your own boss!
